Our Personalized Approach

From scheduling a late night consultation call after the children are in bed, to learning about your passions and taking a deep dive into your parenting philosophy in order to connect you with the perfect nanny, everything we do is personalized and intentional.

Step 1

Tell us a little about your family’s nanny needs. We will then contact you via email to schedule an introductory consultation call to review your family’s needs and our placement process to see if working together is the right fit.

If we’re the right fit, we will schedule an in-depth consultation call to learn about your family’s logistical needs, parenting philosophy, and other wants and needs to find the perfect nanny for your family.

Step 2

Review the digital portfolios of the elite nannies presented to you and welcome them into your home to see your space and meet your family for a second round interview.

Step 3

We will wrap up the vetting process, create an offer letter for your perfect nanny, and develop a personalized work agreement to set your family up for a successful relationship with your nanny.

Suzie is a Licensed NH Board Certified Elementary Education Teacher, veteran nanny, and mother of two. With over 15 years experience in the nanny industry as both a hiring parent and a nanny, Suzie is able to discern high quality nannies that are reliable, engaging, wholesome, knowledgeable, and take initiative to go above and beyond for their families.
