With our highly selective recruitment process in place, we place less than 5% of the nannies we engage with.

  • 5 + years childcare experience (after age 18)

  • Presents professionally

  • 4 years of college preferred (preferably in education or another child-centered field)

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Fluent in English

  • CPR & First Aid Certified (or willingness to complete)

  • Legal to work in the United States

  • Commit to 1 year placement

  • Highly recommended by 2 professional references

  • Clear background check and driving record report

NH Nannies Requirements

Our Process

Step 1

The application: Complete the NH Nannies application and we we will tbe in touch to learn more about your experience, certifications and qualifications, and other skills you have to see if you are the right fit.

The virtual interview: If we’re the right fit, Suzie will schedule an in-depth virtual interview to meet you. We will discuss our interviewing process, get to know you more, and listen to the ways you go above and beyond for the families you join.

Step 2

The home visit: We will reach out to coordinate a home visit with our client to meet the family (and pets), see their space and feel if there is a strong personality match.

Step 3

Step 4

Reference checks: Once the family meets you and is interested in moving forward with you, we will conduct two professional reference calls and send a summary of the calls to the family.

Step 5

Background check & driving record report: An extensive background check & driving record report will be completed once the family is ready to offer the position.

Step 6

Written agreement: We recommend each family & nanny have a written agreement in place to outline the roles & responsibilities of both parties, as well as other expectations and compensation details.
